CSR-Ashvatha is envisioned as a striking residential landmark where architecture and nature converge seamlessly. The design centers around a multi-tiered podium adorned with cascading greenery, offering both visual appeal and functional screening for parking levels. At its heart lies an expansive clubhouse that transforms the podium into a hub for recreation, leisure, and community interaction. Generous balconies and integrated planter boxes bring biophilic design to life, softening the building’s verticality while enhancing residents’ connection to nature. This project harmonizes high-density living with thoughtfully curated open spaces, creating a refined yet inviting urban sanctuary.
