ASN Megha Mall, Visakhapatnam is a strategically planned mixed-use development spanning 3.02 acres with a built-up area of ~750,158 sq ft, developed by Alakram International Trading Co. with design leadership from Aslam Architects.
The complex features two purpose-designed towers:
A hotel & office tower (2 basements + ground + 11 floors)
A mall & multiplex tower (2 basements + ground + 7 floors)
The project values operational efficiency and user experience through a layered design subterranean services, clear vertical transitions, and distinct spatial identities for retail and hospitality.
